I am a preferred provider for Aetna, First Choice, GEHA, Kaiser, Optum, Lifewise, Premera, Regence, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Inquire about other insurances.
I am unable to accept Medicare or its supplemental insurances at this time; if you are on Medicare, you may choose to see me through private pay.
